(1) PAYMENT & PRICES

All prices shown on this site are in UK pounds sterling

All goods remain the property of Davy Engineering Ltd until successful credit card authorisation or cheque clearance.
Goods will remain our responsibility until delivered to the customer address whereupon the customer takes full responsibilty. Please ensure packaging is intact before signing for a delivery.
If any packaging is noticeably damaged write 'damaged packaging' on carrier's delivery documentation before accepting delivery.

(2) AVAILABILITY

Goods featured at www.davyhq.com are usually available ex stock.
In the event that any part is not available the customer will be informed of the reason, informed of the anticipated availabilty date and be given the opportunity to proceed or cancel the order. 

(3) DELIVERY

Davy Engineering will endeavour to despatch goods on the same day 
they are charged to the customer's account.
Davy undertakes to despatch any order within 7 days from receipt of payment. Where we are unable to do this we will advise of this giving the customer the right to cancel.

(4) RETURNS POLICY

Davy Engineering must be notified of goods damaged in transit immediately after receipt by the customer and authorisation for return must be obtained prior to any return.
No replacement or refund can be given without such authorisation being issued.

Goods must be returned via a suitably insured carrier ideally with tracking and signed for delivery when collected.

Goods received damaged and returned will be refunded in full or replaced at the customer's discretion.

Goods ordered in error will be subject to a handling charge of 25% and carriage will not be refunded. Goods sent in error by us will be given credit in full including carriage charged. The customer must specify at the time of requesting return authorisation whether replacement or credit is required.
Replacements for goods sent in error by Davy Engineering will not be charged carriage and any carriage paid by the customer to effect their return will be refunded.

All goods returned as ordered in error or sent in error MUST be received back in a resaleable condition otherwise credit or replacements cannot be given.

(5) WARRANTY

All parts offered on this website are supplied with a full 12 month from date of fitment warranty subject only to correct fit and application, up to a maximum of 24 months from date of supply. Any part returned under warranty must be given return authorisation as in the returns procedure and will be examined by Davy Engineering and if necessary the manufacturer before any claim can be approved or rejected. A detailed report will be provided to the customer.
